We meet to support each other in regular practice of EMDR and EFT Tapping, Mindfulness practices and body doubling. These are evidence-based brain exercises that often make us feel more grounded and resourced immediately. We also have an optional WhatsApp Group for daily support. 15 minutes of practicing together with a live therapist available for Q&A. Sometimes if EMDR or EFT tapping is not working, it can be helpful to have some guidance on getting more specific.
The process: sign up for a Guided Session, I'll contact you with the Zoom code, and then show up for 15 minutes of guided practice, followed by Q&A. Ly-Lan Lofgren has been a LCSW therapist practicing in California since 2007.

When we are grounded, we see everything more clearly, including patterns and opportunities. When we are fearful, we notice the dangers and potential losses mostly.
Ly-Lan has been an EMDR and EFT Therapist since 2007, helping people achieve their goals. Ly-Lan practices EMDR and EFT Tools and body doubling to help manage executive functioning skills.
We do this together, live, and also have a WhatsApp group for daily support.

Three Fridays - May 30, June 6 & 13
6am PST (30 minutes before the bell)
15 minutes to actually practice these tools, followed by optional Q&A.You will see an improvement from the rest of the week, yes, even on unpredictable Friday!
